Order Placement:
1. Payment is deposited same day of order placement. This may be done through bank transfer or Western Union or directly through a contact in Manila.
2. TAT (Turn Around Time) from Order Placement to Shipping
a. Orders worth up to $ 100.00 (click here for diff. currency) - 3 business days
b. Orders worth $ 101.00 and up (click here for diff. currency) - 7 business days

Notes:
Rates effective on November 15, 2004.
Add Php 25.00 per kilo for ex-branch charges.
Add 1% for valuation charges.
Rates are exclusive of VAT.
Rates are subject to restrictions of respective detinations.
Branches must add 1 to 2 day to leadtime.
Leadtime is based on working days.
No delivery on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
Additional leadtime if shipment is subject to duties and taxes due to Customers clearance procedure.

Sales Profit & Remittance:
1. 5% for sales of $ 10.00 to $ 200.00 (click here for diff. currency) per month.
2. 10% for sales of $ 201.00 and up (click here for diff. currency) per month.
3. Remittance - paid on the 1st working day of the succeeding month - sent via bank transfer or Western Union - distributor may opt to have the amount debited instead on his/her next batch of orders
Rewards & Recognition:
1. Quarterly Spa Treats - At the end of every quarter (that is, end of March, June, September and December), distributors are recognized and given a special gift.
a. Distributors with sales of $ 500.00 to $ 1,000.00 (click here for diff. currency) for the 3 consecutive months of that particular quarter will be entitled to a spa gift item (there will be a list of gifts you will choose from)
b. Distributors with sales of $ 1,001.00 to $ 1,500.00 (click here for diff. currency) for the 3 consecutive months of that particular quarter will be entitled to a spa gift item (there will be a list of gifts you will choose from) AND will have a credit equivalent to 5% of their total sales for that quarter! This will be debited on his/her next batch of orders.
c. Distributors with sales of $ 1,501.00 to $ 2,000.00 (click here for diff. currency) for the 3 consecutive months of that particular quarter will be entitled to a spa gift item (there will be a list of gifts you will choose from) AND will have a credit equivalent to 10% of their total sales for that quarter! This will be debited on his/her next batch of orders.
* These gifts and credits are non-transferable, non-refundable and valid within 6 months from date of issue.
2. Year-end SPActacular Getaway!
- By the end of December, distributors who have an accumulated sales of $ 18,000.00 (click here for diff. currency) and up for the last 12 months (not necessarily consecutive) shall be awarded a SPActacular Getaway Travel Package for two!
- Inclusive of airfare, accommodations, tour, a day of pampering at a luxurious spa, a romantic dinner and a special surprise gift from Home Spa
* This is non-transferable, non-refundable and valid within 6 months from date of issue.
Referrals
For every reseller you refer, you get 10% of the membership fee or P 100.00 of the referred individual. This will be paid together with your monthly remittance.
Note: This is not a frail networking or pyramid business frame. You have no commission (aside from the 10% of the membership fee) from the sales of your referrals. There is no required monthly sales target or quota, though high-selling distributors are recognized and rewarded (see previous section). Your profit would only depend on your sales. On the same line, only you will profit from your sales (no one else gets commission from your sales).
Tips:
1. Know your product.
2. Try the products yourself and experience what all-natural products can really do for your skin.
3. Be creative in your sales techniques. You're not restricted to stick with the sales kit. You may create your own fliers, email adverts and other visuals. Kindly ask for Marge's approval before release.
4. Know your client. Ask what they need, what their skin type is, what scents they like and so on. This will give you a clear idea of what products to offer them.
5. Stick to facts. Always be truthful. Never make up answers. If you're not sure how to answer a query, kindly tell them you'll take a note of their question, ask Marge, then get back to them as soon as possible. It would be very helpful if you literally jot it down, as well as other important points you encounter when speaking with a client. Remember that satisfied clients come back and buy again. What you know about each client will help you with future orders. Also, clients feel special when you know what they need by heart.
6. Be presentable. How you look reflects what you're offering. The more presentable you appear, the more believable you'll be.
7. Targeting spas / salons almost always guarantees a regular large profit.
8. Always smile and think you're helping everyone be pretty!
